Terms of the Artist
The artist (me) has the right to cancel and reject a client's commission if met with violation/harassment.
If you choose to commission art pieces from me then you accept my form of artstyle (don't request any other form artstyle)
Final work will be posted in the artist's social platforms (client may inform the artist in advance if they don't want their commission to be posted)
Please provide a reference/concept for the desired character you want the artist to draw.
Terms of Service and Progress
After providing a reference/concept, the artist will sketch and contact the client after 1 day.
After the approval of the sketch, the client may choose to pay half the commission for the sketch or pay in full in the completion of the commission
Progress and final output of the commission can range from one to a half week depending on the complexity of the output and artist's schedule
The client may ask the artist about the progress of the commission.
Payment will be in USD and through Ko-fi or Paypal

I reserve the right to decline any request
📄 COMMERCIAL LICENSE
Fee: +50%–150% of the base price (based on usage)
Use: For storybooks, branding, ads, merchandise, etc.
Copyright: I retain ownership of the artwork
Credit: You must credit me visibly where applicable
Exclusivity: Available for an extra fee (case-by-case)
🔄 PROCESS & REVISIONS
Sketch Approval: You’ll get a rough draft first
Revisions: 2 minor edits free; major changes may cost extra
Turnaround: 1–3 weeks depending on complexity/schedule
💸 PAYMENT
Currency: USD (or local, if discussed)
Method: PayPal preferred
Structure:
50% upfront (non-refundable)
50% before final delivery
📦 DELIVERABLES
High-res PNG or JPG (and PSD if needed)
No physical shipping
🚫 PROHIBITED USE
Do not claim as your own
Do not use for NFTs, AI training, or resell without agreement
Violations may result in license revocation
